RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We are obligated to replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
When approved, refunds will be made within 5 business days via the same method as payment was made. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
